Regular thermal winds almost guarentee a good afternoons
sailing every afternoon. - the winds are regularly off shore
and you must sail out of a wind shadow to arrive to the
area of best sailing. equipment hire is avialable the kit
is modern and of a high standard.

If
you wish to hire beginners kit and spend time battling it
out by yourself (the best way!) then Falconara beach has
a bar called "windsurf" light winds and shallow
water and the protection of the sea walls maintianing a
nice flat sea.
Portonovo
beach is the best known area in the region and with regular
thermal winds is an excellent location for intermediate
/advanced..
Marzocca
- situatated between Falconara and Senigalia on the coastal
road, this beach is sparsly populated by bathers and catches
the predominant "scirocco" wind very well. It
is well used by kite surfers who are not allowed in many
areas due to past accidents with bathers. No kit hire available.
